Not a Mommy but I'll chime in here. I have been led on a Baby leash at the Botanical Gardens and gave My mommy sass all day, so when it came time for me to be changed she took me to the ladies room and before a new diaper was put a=on popped me over her knees and gave me a good hairbrush spanking.

I myself have been changed in the Aquariums Ladies room in a stall, In a Ladies room at the Botanical Gardens, Ladies Room at the Zoo, Bathroom at the Airport.
