I try to keep myself changed every 3 to 4 hours , unless I feel like I am really soaked then I change as needed. When I mess I try to change as soon as I can, I do not want to get diaper rash again. That is the problem with having to use them 24/7.

Thanks Scarlet, and Joise. Mommy Candy found them , I ordered a case and they are working very well. I used to buy them a Target, they do not carry them anymore. They are a life saver when on the road.

I know this sounds stupid. How long can a person be in wet pants. I do not feel when they are wet so I do not change as often as I need. I am realy not sure about this. I would love to hear some sugestions from the mommies here.
