For me, I really, really enjoy television. Over time, I've had a lot of favorites and, through the magic of DVD, I've been able to relive some great moments in television history.
I have a wide variety of favorite TV shows, such as:
- 24
- 7th Heaven
- Alias
- American Dad!
- Angel
- Beavis & Butthead (hehe Grew up with this on cable, and it's always good for a laugh...lol)
- Buffy the Vampire Slayer
- C.O.P.S (the animated series, not to be confused with the FOX program)
- C.S.I: Crime Scene Investigation
- Dark Angel
- Dawson's Creek (my girlfriend turned me onto this...hehe)
- Degrassi: The Next Generation (A show widely popular in Canada, but only airing on "The N" in the U.S.)
- Dog: The Bounty Hunter (got really into it after watching an eight episode marathon...lol)
- The Drew Carey Show
- ER
- Family Guy
- Firefly
- Frasier
- Fresh Prince of Bel-Air
- Friends
- Futurama
- George Lopez
- Gilmore Girls
- Heroes
- How I Met Your Mother
- Las Vegas
- Law & Order
- Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (It's one of my top L&O favorites because I truly sympathize with the detectives, especially in the child cases)
- Lost
- Married...with Children
- Medium
- Mutant X
- Newsradio
- The O.C.
- Party of Five
- Power Rangers
- Power Rangers Zeo
- Power Rangers Turbo (first half only, after the originals left, to me, the show was dead)
- Power Rangers Dino Thunder (This is when I got back into liking the series, because my favorite Ranger returned! )
- The Pretender
- Reba
- Roseanne
- Roswell
- Saved by the Bell
- Saved by the Bell: The College Years
- Saved by the Bell: The New Class
- Seinfeld
- Sex and the City (I'd originally gotten the DVD set for my mom as a gift, but I ended up liking the show myself)
- The Simpsons
- Smallville
- South Park
- Supernatural
- Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (the '80's cartoon, not the remake or the present-day versions)
- That '70s Show
- Three's Company
- Titus
- Tru Calling
- Veronica Mars
- The War at Home
- Whose Line is it Anyway? (U.S. version, hosted by Drew Carey)
- Will & Grace
- The X-Files
How about you guys and gals? What are some of your favorite TV shows?

That is ironic. Since he once competed for Rory's affections with her ex-boyfriend named Jess, which was the name of Sam's girlfriend on "Supernatural".
Funny how things happen... (also, add to that, the fact that both SN and GG were on The WB, and I'd say it was intentional. hehehe)
(Oh, Mommy Star, since you're also a BTVS fan, check out my story idea in the stories section and let me know what you think, pwease. I'd love another opinion. )

Old school TV for me
Yeah, I'm pretty old school when it comes to my viewing. This has contributed to a vast DVD collection as a result of my favorites not being aired. And no, I don't have cable or satellite TV. Why? One-third of the programming is commercials, so why should one-third of a monthly fee go to what is in general, free?
Oops, I stood up on my soapbox again.
So here's a short list:
The Andy Griffith Show
Gomer Pyle USMC
The Dick Van Dyke Show
I Love Lucy
Star Trek, the Original series
Star Trek. the Next Generation
Warner Brother cartoons
Gilligan's Island
Popeye cartoons
Adam 12
Emergency!
The Addams Family
Get Smart
I Dream of Genie (Who couldn't love Barbara Eden in those days?)
Little House on the Prairie (okay, I'm a geek, a nerd, sissy, whatever)
The Munsters
The Flintstones
I could go on and on, but I am getting tired, and I need some dinner.
Happy viewing,
