Everyday Ms. Ava asks a different boy to stay after class. She calls them her “special” students and she spends a few hours after school giving them her undivided attention. Nobody knows why Ms. Ava locks the door or draws the shades, but every boy in her class is just dying to get his turn.

I love it when my abies start to teethe. I have a wide variety of teething rings for this, but my favorites are the ones that you freeze. It makes their gums feel so much better. I always make sure to put a pretty bib on them as well, for when they teethe they drool like crazy. Although it isn’t really their fault, I can’t help but laugh at all the drool! I’m always there to take care of them though with a soft cloth to help wipe the drool away.

I love working here - the Mommies (and Daddy) in all their variations have so much fun in the Nursery. Especially fun are the slumber parties. I hope you will make a point to stop on by - they are always held the first and the fifteenth of the month. No, I’m not posting the times here - too many time zones. The information is on the site, I’m sure you clever ones can find it faster than your Nurse Betty - grin.

The clinic is open and I’ve been receiving patients. I want to say thank you (and offer a “well done”) to all you good girls and boys who’ve braved the lion’s den and survived to tell the tale. No one has died yet - either from embarrassment or physical causes - as a result of a visit to my exam room. Of course I can’t share details here, some are just too…. well, I was going to say horrific, but figured no one would get the joke. Sigh.

My point is I’ve started a Nurse Betty’s patient blog which allows me to share some details. I have the consent of each patient to share this information, well, if there are one or two who didn’t I’ll never tell, and neither will they - grin.

First I would like to send my hugs and kisses to all my florida AB’s and DL’s. I hope all of you made it through the storm safe and with little or no damage. I want you to know that mommy was thinking about you guys and girls all week, sending you good wishes. I hope to hear from you soon so I do not have to worry about my lil ones.

During stormy weather I know some little ones get very scared. All the wind, thunder and lightening can be very frightening. So I like to try and make it fun. You know what mommy does? I make a big fort in the middle of the living room with lots of blankets, sheets and pillows. I get out the flashlights in case the power goes out, and I gather lots of snacks. Then when everything is ready we can crawl inside and cuddle up, reading your favorite stories. Not only is it a fun way to pass the time but it also gets your mind off the storm. Doesn’t that sound like a fun role play also? I have lots of books here for little ones and mommy LOVES to read stories. I have been told I am very good at it. *big smiles* So give me a call sometime soon and let me know your favorite story.

I can’t remember when I first realized I liked diapers. I know it was after playing with my first adult baby. Soon though I started really liking the sound and feel of them. To hear a crinkle bottomed baby just makes me happy. I can take my time when changing someone just to enjoy the whole process. From start to finish it is full of love.

We all know that baby needs to be clean so that means it time for a bath. So lets go into the bathroom and take off your old diaper and hop on in the tub with your rubber ducky and other toys. Oh the nice warm water feels so good to you as you play for a few minutes. Now lets get your head washed does it feel good when my hands run through your hair and water running over your head and being careful not to get it in your eyes. Well lets wash that little body off get you out and dry you off. Now lets get a clean diaper on that naked butt and rub some lotion on and get your jammies on and get you tucked in bed. Goodnight little one.

This outfit reminds me of one that i dressed one of the sweet little sissies in one night.i put a pink diaper on them and then the outfit,bows in their hair,cute little booties.Then i had them to walk over to the mirror and check themselves out.i have to say they looked adorable,this sissy was very pleased and happy also.hehee this kitty does look adorable i have to say.

I love the long warm summer nights i like to sit outside on my porch and watch the sunset and watch the moon come up over the horizon. it just makes me feel all warm inside.because i know soon enough fall and winter will be here and then the cool and cold weather will start in and it will be too cold to sit outside and enjoy a nice cup of of hot coffee or a glass of ice tea. now which one of you babies want to come and sit with me and enjoy these last summer nights if so give a call.

For those of you who do not wear 24/7 do you ever think about doing it? I mean do you fantasize about a woman just telling you flat out, this is how it is. It’s diapers for all times sweetie. I know I think about doing that to abies, even though I know I can’t I just would love the look on their face when I told them, they were never coming out of diapers ever.

This was my first week of fall classes. As much as I love summer, I was getting a bit bored and missing some of my friends who go back home for break. You know what I did to celebrate my first day back? I wore a cloth diaper under my skirt *giggles*. I didn’t wear my plastic panties because of the noise. But it just felt so good to be diapered. I wasn’t quite ready to go back to being a big girl after being diapered everyday for the summer. *big smiles*

But, what if I want to, at say, 8:59pm? What’s wrong with that? Hmm? Seems absolutely silly to have a rule about what time you’re allowed to skinny dip! I think it should be allowed anytime you can get away with it! *giggles* Would love to hear some stories from you as to how much fun you have had skinny dipping and how your diaper feels when you’ve been swimming. How long does it take to get to soaking wet and completely bulky, hmm? Just make sure though, no swimming until an hour after you’ve eaten! (Not a silly rule, if you ask me!)

Happy Tuesday everyone! Can you believe that August is almost over? I can’t. And Football has started already. I have been watching some pre-season games and I have to say, there are a lot of teams looking good this year, even the Browns and that’s saying something lol. “You said no! You did not see me?” Grover was so excited. Nurse Betty showed the pictures in the book to the baby at her side. “Look at Grover, at all the confetti and stars on the page.”

Nurse Betty turned the page. “Oh look little one,” she cooed to her charge. “It’s a picture of Grover saying you are his best friend.”

Baby snuggled into Nurses uniform. The crisp smell made him feel happy and protected. He closed his eyes and drifted away.

Closing the book, Nurse snuggled the baby, happy to see he slept peacefully. Softly humming a lullaby she hoped his dreams were full of joy, love, and the sillyness that is Grover.

You can’t touch it, but you can feel it. It’s a strong feeling that mommy’s give off to those they care for. It feels like butterfly wings and sometimes like clouds, soft and comforting. Try sometime to sense how it feels to you. How do you picture a mommy’s love?

So I figured it would be cool to check out Alcatraz now that I’m here in San Fransisco. I twas perfect wheather for it, cloudy and everything. Some parts of it were creepy and others very interesting. I go to see a menu and handcuffs that were used. I thought hmm handcuffs, I should invest in some of those! Watch out Abies here I come bwah ha ha ha.
