I have to say "nappy". I've got waaaay too used to saying "diaper", which is embarrassing as a Brit, and I find "nappy" to be a much cuter word.

I like what wnnabe said about how it shows how strong a woman can be. And the fact that we do not need to scream and yell to get what we want.
