Thanks for the comments pinkluvs. 8) A few years ago, I talked to a lady who used to do "phone mothering" on the side, because she had her own full-time home daycare. I remember she told me once that she thought that many ABs (but not all) got these "diaper desires" from rushed ...

Rebecca, The Red-faced Baby

Once upon a time, there was a big, chubby toddler named Rebecca, who lived in a magical nursery. Rebecca spent her days toddling around the nursery in soft cloth diapers and Rumba-style Baby panties, with pressy ruffles on the seat. Mother Goose was in the Nursery one morning, folding some cloth di...

I love your poem Sara! :D I feel like it's Christmas Time already! You know Sara, your poem made me think back to the 1960s... "10 diapers soaking"? When I was a little kid, dirty, poopy cloth diapers were soaked, or "dunked" in the toliet.... AND... they were soake...

A Rainy Afternoon 1959

On a rainy afternoon, on a quiet street, a Mother was watching her chubby baby toddle around the living room. It was 1959, and Marty had just leaned how to walk. The chubby baby toddled around the living room wearing just his thick cloth diapers, with blue diaper pins, along with white leather baby...

Baby Picture Day

One morning, after breakfast, Beulah packed Marty's diaper bag with lot's of cloth diapers and plastic baby panties, and took him to get his picture taken. The pretty lady with the camera took lot's of pictures of Marty, making him laugh and giggle, and Marty looked so cute. :D Then Marty got a fun...

Peek-A-Boo

Sara had a secret, that she could never tell. When Marty pooped his pants, she loved to smell that smell. When Sara came into the living room, 9 Month-Old Marty was standing up in his playpen, cooing and jabbering as his Mommy came closer. "Goodness! What's my big boy doing?" After Sara s...

Mrs. Phew

When Mrs. Phew worked in the Church Nursery, she was always sniffing the air for stinky toots or poopie diapers. When Mrs. Phew smelled something, she would wrinkle up her big nose and say, "Shoooo-wee! I think I smell something! Yes I do! Somebody pooped their pants and I know who." Sara...

I LOVE Mommy Sara

Last Sunday I had a call with Mommy Sara, and she was fantastic! :D Sara has a really sweet mommyish voice and a motherly way about her that makes me really feel like a 6 month-old infant. And Sara does the baby-talk and giggles just right: excatly the way a REAL mommy would talk to her baby boy. M...

Unconditional Motherly L-O-V-E

In another post, Mommy Josie gave me this idea to expand upon. Unconditional Motherly Love, what is it? For me, it looks like this: A mother goes into the nursery to check on her 9 month-old baby. He is awake from his nap and she can hear him jabbering to himself. As she opens the door, he gets exc...

The only one that comes to mind is "Peach" flavor for Lizabeth.

She is after all, a Southern Peach. :D

I totaly agree with dapman! Cloth diapers rule! :D Here's why... 1. Softness. Nothing can compare with a Birdseye or Curity cloth diaper which has been washed a 100 times, and just taken off a clothesline or out of a dryer. Disposables don't even come close to that level of softness. 2. The Look. W...

Although I could list the "usual" cast of real-life heros: policemen, firemen, etc., I will not. Of course, they are heros in every sence of the word, but the most overlooked group of heros are Mothers; loving, caring, "mommies". Mommies are my heros because... They wake up at 2...

Diaper Space is DEAD!

For the past few days I have tried and tried to pull up the sister web site: www.diaperspace.com .... but with no luck. :( I think it is gone.... dead..... vanished from cyber-space. Maybe it was too expensive to run... Maybe some people posted stuff that got Maddie into trouble... Whatever t...
