You would have to have done something very naughty for me to give you a spanking right before bedtime, but if you did its pajamas down and bottom up for you.

I do like to wear lacey panties or silky smooth ones. I have ones with a bow in the front, but not frilly. Thongs are great especially when out shopping and bend over. They do slide up and I am exposed.
