Count me in as another vote for the Trapped/Tricked and forced into diaper stories. My favorite is called "the babysitter" where the wife is forced into diapers by the german au-pair. The strong feelings of helplessness she feels and the believe-ability of this story makes it work for me.
A close second, mainly due to the effort that must have gone into writing it is Baby Business, where the main character is forced into becoming incontinent by the evil proprietoress of a local health supplies store. Some really strong scenes in that one.
