Chocolate Cheesecake for my good Baby
Chocolate Cheesecake for my good Baby
One of my special Sissy Baby Boys was so good this week, I want to make a chocolate cheesecake as a reward. The last time I made one, it was terrible and I burned the crust. Any tips? I'd like to make the crust oreo, and the rest a dark chocolate moist cake.

Wow, he must have been so very good for you to want to bake something for him! Lucky little sissy
I'd suggest baking in a water bath if you're having problems with burning a cheesecake, and make sure your cream cheese is room temp when beating it to make sure you get a lovely velvety texture in your filling. Happy baking!
