I need a good cleaning as I myself twice today and might need a bath and put into a diaper

Oh, yessss. It works wonderfully until you have to pop it open, and then the stench punches you in the nose. I regularly spray them with Lysol. scrubbing them out, and it still gives me a wallop. But they're still a big help.
