You have to either soak the diaper till it's about to pop, or you poop in it, which ever happens first.
I do love to put little naughty babies in their place!

This happened today. I was shopping for feminine clothing and I had a tummy ache and made a really stinky mess of diarrhea in my diaper. I was in Kohls looking at skirts to have for the warmer weather. I found two today and had to try them on in the fitting room by sliding them on over my diaper and plastic pants.
