I can't say that I have a favorite-favorite, but I do like ruffles! But all them their good and bad points.

Perhaps not a 'diaper cover' in the classic sense but i think Mommies and other Female caregivers should dress their sissy babies in white tights over thick disposable diapers. The tights reinforce the sissy's emasculated state, help hold the diaper in place on the sissy, act as a 'barrier' to prevent the sissy from trying to remove its diaper, and still allow the diaper the be visible to all from under their short little sissy dresses- adding to the sissy's humiliation.
