Remember Diapers hanging on Clotheslines?

When I was growing up in Phoenix, AZ. in the 1960s, it semed like everyone's backyard Clotheslines were full of freshly washed diapers drying in the Arizona sun.
A lot of moms in our neighborhood were Mormon (LDS Church) and many of them had anywhere from 4 to 8 kids, with some families having 3 kids in diapers at the same time.
I loved seeing and smelling all those fluffy diapers hanging on clotheslines, along with pairs of plastic baby pants and assorted baby outfits. There is something about freshly washed diapers on a clothesline that always makes me smile.
The look, the smell, of diapers swaying in the afternoon breeze.
Anyone else feel the way I do?
