I really can't decide what is the best way to turn a man into a full-fledge sissy. Depends on the man, I suppose! Could be a little blackmail, a little humiliation, tricking them into putting on a dress for fun, then convincing them that's what is best for them!

Blackmail by itself would be effective, but only for so long. On the other hand blackmail and humiliation would go a long way if he's actually turned on, and the turn on is associated with them, and what's being done to him. If that's the situation then you have him for life

You've got a very good point, Matt89. If you hook somebody to something, even if they know better, they won't be able to stop themselves from coming back for more. I know quite a few fellas that find themselves in that predicament!
