I believe that there should be pink plastic panties over a diaper under those frilly rompers. That would be lovely indeed to put my little sissy in that outfit.

Absolutely! There should nearly be more frills than anything else!

Frilly rompers are really fun but also you would want a dress or petticoat as well. Frills on the ankle socks along with possibly frills on the cuffs as well.
