My Abdl lifestyle is actually very simple. I come home from work and go straight into the shower. I choose a diaper beforehand and take it with me. After the shower, I change into it straight away, and I can't miss my pacifier, which goes straight into my mouth. Then I usually play and wet my diaper at the same time. Afterwards I eat something and notice that the diaper is getting fuller and fuller
. After a while, the diaper is so full that it always hangs down and then I have to walk or crawl like a baby

It is best to use the diaper to its full capacity! You're not being wasteful and being forced to waddle and crawl is fun all by itself.

I loved being diapered with plastic pants and just bought myself a onesie. I just realized the tingling excitement I get when laying on my back and peeing and having the pee run down my butt checks to my back. I don't have to worry about looking for a potty as I have a porta-potty attached and can do whatever I want. I like the idea of relaxing and not have to worry about adult stress. I put my binky in my mouth and get cuddled up.

Yes, I have to admit that not having to get up to go to the bathroom at night would be very nice and stress-free.
