How would you conduct a ceremony to turn someone to your sissy baby or baby slave or the term you desire to use?

I ask as as this image I was dressed in a BSDM ceremony to give myself to my then former mistress. I don't know for an AB/DL ceremony it would be put in any type of diaper and pacifier mommy feels fit for her new baby...
