I like to play with my babies in lots of ways. I especially like teaching them to change Mommy's diaper. Some are big enough to be such good helpers.

Great question Miss Cate! 
In my fantasies, I am an infant, between 6 and 9 months old.
I can crawl, and pull myself up to a standing postion, sometimes with my Mommy helping me with her hand on my diapered bottom, to make sure I don't fall.
The year, is 1959, and I am diapered with thick, double cloth diapers, blue diaper pins, and plastic "rubber" baby panties.
In these fantasies, which take place in Church Nurseries, Churches, our Living Room, a neighbor's house, etc. I always poop my pants in front of my Mommy and her friends, or other ladies at our Church.
There is something so special and loving, and accepting, about the way my Mommy's eyes light up and she smiles when she sees my chubby infant face turn red and she hears those familuar grunting sounds.
She is playful and acts silly when I poop my pants in front of her. She pretends to be suprised at seeing my red face, and says things like, "Oh dear, somebody looks awful busy over there."
Of course, she knows excatly, what I'm "busy" doing, but this is part of the playful silly game that she plays with me.
If I'm standing up, in my crib or holding on the coffee table in the living room, my Mother will place her hand on my diapered bottom, and feel my diaper and baby pants balloon out as I grunt and toot and fill my pants.
"My goodness. I think somebody's doing something in their britches."
Then she wrinkles up her big nose (my mommy has a BIG NOSE in my fantasies.) very playfully, waves her hand under her nose, and comments on the odor wafting up from my pants.
"Shooooo! I smell something! I think somebody's awful busy filling their britches."
Then she pulls back my baby pants with her finger, and peeks down the back of my diaper to see the big poopie I'm making.
After "confirming her suspicions", my Mother waits for me to finish, and treats me to a loving diaper change. She never frowns or gets disgusted with wiping my poopie bottom. She smiles, giggles, and acts silly as she changes my poopie diaper.
And from begining to end, there is lot's and lot's of BABY-TALK, as she talks to me about what I like to do in my pants.
