Are we talking fantasy? Or reality?
In reality, I diaper myself in private, in my Apt. where I live by myself.
In my fantasies, as an infant, I LOVE public diaperings! 
Here are some of my favorite public diaperings...
At the public Library, durring "Story time".
In the Church Nursery.
In the Ladies Room, at a shopping mall.
There are many other places as well.

I think most abies love the idea of being diapered in public but I cant imagine how you cold get away with it and it would just result in a scene...who wants that right? I think thats why my abies like to call me baby can close his or her eyes as I describe every detail of our special outing and getting diapered in public

Strictly fantasy of being diapered in public for sure. Imagining a scene at an airport. Going through the security check point, and getting singled out for a a full body scan. If you've seen one they don't leave much to the imagination on what's underneath. Anyway, go through the scan and more and more female agents are gathering around the screen and snickering. They've got to check it out and go to an interview room. Of course they've got to check and change your diaper all in the name of national security

I agree with Mommy Star most adult babies like the idea of the humiliation that goes with it. And that is why my adult babies are always diapered in front of my class, or during school plays, during recess, or PTA's etc. School is such a fun place to change a diaper. *Grins an evilish grin* Oh, how I love my job!!!
