Mommies,

I was just wondering lately what do you have in your diaper bags to take care of your little ones? Do you have any surprises baby cameron would like to hear about?

Ok, well the staples, naturally (diapers, wipes, powder, lotion). Then diaper rash cream, a changing pad, a paci or two, bottles, along with a change of clothes in case of leaks, and a toy for distraction purpoases, lol.

Oh Mommy!

You forget the clothespin to put on your nose for those really stinky jobs! Shoooo!

However, because I'm from the cloth diaper era, my mom and the other moms we knew always carried washcloths in the diaper bag.

When changing a poopy diaper, my mom or another mom would have me take the washcloths to the bathroom and wet them with warm tap water while they were undressing the baby. Then, after I returned with the wet washcloths, I got to watch my mom clean a poopy bottom with the wet washcloth.

Those were the days!
