I'm going to assume that this is your first time viewing or visiting Phone-A-Mommy. Otherwise, you would know better then to post your phone number for all to see. 
First, here at Phone A Mommy, the Mommies DO NOT CALL YOU.
YOU, my friend, must pick up the Phone and CALL THEM.
After selecting the Mommy you want to talk to, you tell dispatcher how many minutes you would like to buy, and then you get to talk to a REAL, LIVE MOMMY. She can adopt you and diaper you, or do whatever else you may desire, but she does not call you for free.
This is not a SPAM site, this is not a "meet" site, this is not a swap site: This is a site where you can call real, live Mommies and talk to them.
All you do by posting your phone number, is to invite SPAM.

Awww, thanks stinky britches, for stating what obviously needed to be said. I always feel like I sound like a real...well, let's just say "witch" when I have to illuminate those who post such posts.

Part of me wonders if this person is not all that well informed, and then another possibility is that it's a trap. There are phone phishing numbers that people call, the call goes through or gets rerouted, and the caller ends up with a HUGE phone bill even if the call was for a few seconds.
These are usually overseas scam sites, and good luck fighting your bill. Just a warning on this. Be careful whom you call. If it seems questionable, do some homework on the number in question.
I know the mommies here would never do something like that due to a great reputation. They are straightforward and honest. That is quite obvious
