i do not like my housemate, staff and the state worker. WTF

My housemate keeps hitting me in the head and the staff at my home don't do something about it. If you forgot i got rods up and down my spinal cord and into my neck. One of these days i'll end up in a wheelchair and be paralyzed for the rest of my life. I also don't feel safe where i am at. I pay the state money to watch me and make sure i am safe. I also gone back to cutting and suicide attempts . Cutting helps me to calm down. What should i do? I called my worker and he is no help whatsoever and i don't like him. I do not know what to do at this point. Can someone help me? Sorry this is so long. I don't know who i can trust these days.
