I love this old Warner Brothers cartoon that came out around the late 1940s or maybe early 1950s. Porky Pig and Daffy duck were in charge of a baby delivery service, and of course, something goes wrong. They end up on a diapering production line, and end up getting diapered themselves!
I used to be absolutely transfixed when that cartoon came on when I was a kid. I wanted to be caught up in the works, and get diapered too! :D
I read an interview somewhere where the interviewer asked how they got that one past the censors. The reply was: "I don't know".
Come to think of it, there were lots of Warner brothers cartoons, and cartoons from other companies back then that had diaper themes in them.
I think that there were a few cartoonists and writers back then that had a diaper fetish if you ask me!
I think you can see Baby Bottleneck on just about any video site you want.
Merry Christmas!

Very true. I know there's an episode of Tom & Jerry called "Baby Puss" that is fairly well-known in AB/DL circles. A little girl treats Tom like a baby and Jerry, naturally, teases him about it. One thing leads to another and some alley cats find out about Tom being dressed as a baby and decide to treat him as such.

It just so happens I had this episode on video as a kid. Lucky me. :D Even more surprisingly, there was another episode on this video called "Baby Butch" that featured a cat dressing up as a baby to try and steal food from Tom's fridge. pinkluvs may be right about so many diaper-themed cartoons existing at the time.

I know this wasn't meant to be a thread about shows that really appeal to adultbabies but it's hard not to mention them. As for other movies and television shows, I think Roald Dahl's "Matilda" is an excellent film. Mara Wilson is adorable in it and it's a really good story.

Thank you all for answering everyone. My favorite childhood movie was probably E.T. and it is still very good. As for cartoons I don't get to pick what I watch anymore, but I enjoy Max and Ruby, Sesame Street and most Disney movies.

hmm childhood movies..

Well i did love E.T. -I watched it at the drive in at about 5 or 6 years of age.

I also watched Battlestar Galactica and one of the Herbie movie at the drive in and remember they had a lasting impression on me too.

But my all time Favourite would be Princess Bride.
It is still one of my favourite movies today. I have read the book and virtually know the script by heart these days yet still enjoy watching it.

as for cartoons in my childhood...
He-Man and the Masters of the Universe,
Robotech,
Star Blazers,
G-Force (also known as battle of the planets)
Bugs Bunny,
Speedy Gonzales,
Road Runner,
Tin Tin,
Wizard of Oz,
Kimba the White Lion.

I suppose the list could go on for ever.. lol

I would also have to mention Sesame Street had a huge impact on my childhood too- one of my favourite bits was the typewriter on wheels who would zoom in and then type out a word and zoom off. Or the pinball song that counted up to twelve. I loved the artistic creativity that was expressed. It was like a technocoloured wonder world for young minds.

I have to agree with pinkluvs, "Baby Bottleneck" was my favorite, because I too, wanted to be powdered and diapered like Daffy Duck and Porky Pig. I was around 6 or 7 when I first saw that cartoon, and it gave me a lot of pleasure and excitment to see them being powdered and diapered in that baby factory. :D

But as far as a cartoon person, I would have to say my vote goes to "Baby Huey."

Do you guys remember Baby Huey?

I love Baby Huey! :D
