Ok, now I know this may seem silly, but here is the question. As a sissy, do we wear pads in addition to our diapers? On the inside or outside of the diaper? Or is it tampons only? Or are we lucky as we already have a big absorbing item between our legs!

I think that would depend on how old the sissy is, and what their mommies taught them to do. I am fond of tampons for sissies myself.
