Halloween Idea wanted

So, I want to go out this Halloween dressed as some sort of a baby, but I want the costume to have a reason, and not be "just a baby". Normally, I try to pick something topical from the news, but this year has me stumped.
Willing to be a baby girl or boy, if only a good reason presents itself.
Is there a good reason to chose one type of diaper over the other (Cloth v disposable) for a Halloween night event? I plan to go to a local bar/pub for dinner and drinks.
Any suggestions?

Lexus had a good idea. You could also be the New Year's Baby,Baby Pebbles or BamBam,lots of different options.

Funny, but as it turned out, I got sick
therefore, I did not go out.
It would have been Stewie. That thought just kills me.
