Well, the phrase, "Have a Coke and a smile", doesn't really apply.
I doubt he was smiling as this went up his poop-chute.
(More likely he was screaming as he was being held down by evil nursing home workers.)
On a side note, the only time I ever see those old "retro" glass Coke bottles, is in a traditional Mexican eatery here in Phoenix. A lot of Mexicans like the old Coke in glass bottles because that is what you get in Mexico when you order a Coke with your meal. They are actually imported from Mexico, because Coke here in the state, are all sold in plastic bottles; never glass.
That was a funny post Gina. Thank you!

Wow
Some really like it to the extreme. This is a good example. I sure wouldn't care for this. No smile with this coke. It's just not the way I would drink it. If I dare say, yuck.

Okay, a little...
Okay, a little baby lotion around "there", but nothing more. To the extreme makes me say: YIKES!!!
Huh uh. no way for me. You got me in the correct column MommyGina. Actually, now that I put it that way, that sounds sort of extreme unto itself. "Column".
My oh my.
