I prefer to mix a potion of secret ingredient's to grind into a powder and blow it at my victim to make the so called man regress into adult babies.

what way do u prefer being regressed?

How about this idea! Why don't you sweet mommy's use what you all have naturally. Your breast... I don't know of any normal guy that doesn't love women's breast. All you would have to have are magic nipples. As soon as the nipple enters his mouth he is instantly regressed to an infant, or a 1-2 year old. The little boys would be all naked, and ready to be diapered. What fun!!!
