VIP room furniture

What piece of virtual baby furniture should we create for the VIP room? We don't get a lot of abies that take advantage of the VIP room, but I assume a few fall in that category. The imagination is the only limit ladies.
I am thinking some kind of 'baby maker' that once they go through they shrink, and become helpless.I know of a few that would love that

I would like a changing table with locking arm braces and stirrups.
