What is everyone's summer plans?

I asked this over in the mommy section.I am curious about everyone else to though. What does everyone have planned for this summer?

Well, if you'd asked me two months ago, Scarlet, I would've said nothin', but that's changed...hehe

June 3rd = Season 4 of "Rescue Me" comes out on DVD (I still gotta buy Season 3...)

June 10th = Season 6 of "7th Heaven" comes out on DVD

June 17th = Season 9 of "ER" comes out on DVD (That's gonna be a financial problem... I gotta get Seasons 7 and 8...)

June 20th = "Get Smart" with Steve Carell, Anne Hathaway, and Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson opens in theatres

June 24th = The "Futurama" direct-to-DVD movie "Beast With A Billion Backs" is released

July 1st = HAPPY CANADA DAY!!!! hehe

(I'm Canadian, but I personally don't do anything special for it...lol)

July 11th-13th = I will be going to a sci-fi convention known as Polaris, where I will be meeting the following celebrities (yes, more celebrities...

):
= Cliff Simon - Ba'al, Stargate SG-1 (my girlfriend's a huge fan and I promised her I'd get his autograph, hehe)
= Terry Farrell - Jadzia Dax, Star Trek: Deep Space Nine
= Ellen Muth - George Lass, Dead Like Me
= Jason Dohring - Josef Konstantin, Moonlight (Jason was also Logan on "Veronica Mars")
= Gareth David-Lloyd - Ianto Jones, Torchwood (my girlfriend's a huge fan of his as well and I promised her I'd get his autograph, hehe)
= Rainbow Sun Francks - Lieutenant Aiden Ford, Stargate Atlantis (my girlfriend's a huge fan of his as well and I promised her I'd get his autograph, hehe)

July 16th = My 25th birthday!!! YAY!!!!!!!!!

July 22nd = Season 5 of "Las Vegas" comes out on DVD

July 24th = I got tickets to see Weird Al Yankovic in concert!!!

July 25th = The new "X-Files" movie opens!!! YAY!!!

July 26th = I've made plans to go and see "The Dark Knight"!!!! YAAAAY!!!!

July 27th = I got tickets to see ventriloquist Jeff Dunham live!! This is very exciting for me as he never comes to Canada!!!

July 29th = Law & Order: Special Victims Unit Season 7 and Tiny Toon Adventures Season 1, Volume 1 both are released on DVD

August 8th = They post the schedule for the downtown convention at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre.

Yay!!!!!! (Now I can actually plan everything out!

August 19th = Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles Season 1 is released on DVD

August 20th = My girlfriend and I celebrate our five-year and six-month anniversary!

(hard to believe that this whole relationship started out over the Internet...hehe)

August 22nd-24th = Fan Expo Canada 2008 down at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre where I will be meeting the following celebrities:

= Michael Rosenbaum - Lex Luthor, Smallville
= Sean Astin - Samwise “Sam” Gamgee, Lord Of The Rings

= Renee O'Connor - Gabrielle, Xena: Warrior Princess
= Hugh Dillon - Ed Lane, Flashpoint
= Michael Gaston - Gabriel Ashlocke, Season 2 of "Mutant X"

Oh, and everyone reading this who was born around or lived through the 70s should get a kick out of this next name...

= Henry Winkler - The Fonz, Happy Days

EYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!

Along with them, I'll also be meeting:

= Wes Craven - Director - A Nightmare On Elm Street, Scream, The Hills Have Eyes
= Shawnee Smith - Actress - Saw, Saw II, Saw III, The Blob (but I want to meet her because I loved her in the Ted Danson series "Becker")

and, finally, the last celebrity I will be meeting this year...

= Johnny Yong Bosch - Voice Actor/Actor - Nero in Devil May Cry 4 (but I want to meet him because I thought he was great in "Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers", "Power Rangers Zeo" and "Power Rangers Turbo")

After August 24th, things kind of die down...

But I hope everyone else enjoys their summer vacations!

Yeah, it definitely will be!

My mom wants me to call back an employment agency about finding a job, but, in all honesty, I'd rather not look for one around now 'cause I'll have so much going on, I'd hate having to work during that time and missing out on everything.

Well, knowing about Weird Al in concert around here actually came as a surprise. I was watching TV one night and they had a commercial for Casino Rama (where Al's performing) and they said he would be there.

I had to blink twice to make sure I saw what I thought I saw.

After that, it was easy to get the tickets, but, unfortunately because I'd jacked up the credit card to about 400 bucks, I didn't have the chance to get the tickets when they first went on sale.

But the good news is that, after my mom sent in the payment for the card, we were able to get seats for it!

Unforttunately, we weren't able to get dead centre stage, but we're still in the front row, YAY!!!!!!!!

I'm honestly more excited about Jeff Dunham. I loved his work ever since my girlfriend showed him to me when she visited two years ago.

My summer plans are laying by the pool in nothing but a diaper. My new thing is to go swimming in my disposables. I love soaking up half the pool.

July 11th = Watched the series premiere of "Flashpoint" on CBS, starring Enrico Colantoni (Just Shoot Me!, Veronica Mars) and Amy Jo Johnson (Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers)

July 11th-13th = I went to a sci-fi convention known as Polaris, where I met the following celebrities:

Since I saw her in the 7th season premiere of "Smallville" I've gotten a crush on Laura Vandervoort (Kara)...
