I saw Paget Brewster (of CBS' "Criminal Minds" series) on "Late Night with Conan O'Brien" and they were discussing the dress she bought on eBay. She'd mentioned that she'd seen a lot of different things (whips and ropes for S&M, etc.) and then she said, "I don't know if you know this, but there are people out there who dress like babies. They wear diapers, sleep in cribs..."
Conan was very surprised (but not disgusted at all) and intrigued by the concept and Paget kept going on and on about it, all in a good, accepting tone.
