Need to have some news about my friends here

Hi everyone !

Hope everything and everyone is doing well. Any special news or events I missed ? I know about the economic crisis and it's good to know that a caring mommy (and Daddy Paul too !! ) or Ab sitter is just a phone call away...

For the last couple of months, I didn't chat as much and I must apologise. I think I was getting too dependant of it and after a stay at the BETTY FORD clinic (seems official huh ?) I can say I am sober until yesterday night when I went back to chatting. It was great to see everyone there, and I will return.

Since last september, my life is doing great now. I still have that new job as an Ocean Import coordonnator for the VIP client of our company. 6 months and counting !! I am still with my girlfriend but we don't do any roleplaying anymore. :'( On the brighter side, I still play hockey : my team finished last in the regular season, but with our team chemistry and caracter we won 3 out 4 games in the playoffs and we are first. Tonight's the last game and we need 2 points out of a possible 10 to make it to the final. My ankle is still bothering me and I will have athroscopic surgery in june or july to have some broken bones cleaned out.

I have a new car too ! Since January. I bought a 2003 silver Volkswagen 4 door golf GLS fully equipped: Sunroof, air conditionning, power windows, mags and Pirelli 4 seasons tires along with a set of new winter tires. My old car gave me a rash everytime I stepped on the gas pedal. Now, I am stuck in traffic in style...

Life is good now. I payed off some of my credit card debt with my income tax refund and I am more conscious of my credit spending. I might indulge in a call sometime soon.

It would be nice to hear from all you guys.

Just to let you know, that when we have to go through rough times and that the light at the end of the tunnel doesn't seem to be there, it is. It's only waiting for you to move onward and to become a better person.

My team finished 1st in the playoff, so we play the final on saturday afternoon in my home town. The surgery, I'll know for sure on June 11.

In the meantime, I am quite a happy baby chatting with some of the mommies on the site.

Hope school's all done for you and you can relax a bit.
