This little sissy absolutely needs restrained diaper changes to keep me from trying to escape from Mommy. The most effective changing table restraints for me are straps at the chest and wrists. Pulling my white tights down to my ankles effectively binds my feet and makes a convenient 'handle' for holding my legs up while She cleans and powders me. A pacifier gag should also always be used so Mommy doesnt have to hear me whine/moan/cry. Knowing there is no escape from being diapered while Mommy's Girlfriends look on - and remark to themselves about my *tiny* 'male' bits - is just overwhelmingly humiliating.
