My "New", New Avatar

Post by Little Stinky Britches »

OK, I just got an email from Madison, who told me that she took down my new Avatar (which is now my old one) because someone griped to her that it didn't belong on this site. That's really a shame, because Madison and Janey, and other mommies thought it was cute. :(

(So did I, which is why I chose a photo of a mommy checking her baby's diaper for poop. Janey thought it suited me, and I agree.)

Oh well.........

So, Madison told me that I could use drawings or cartoons of babies as my Avatar, and so now I have chosen this, as my new Avatar.

This new Avatar is a 1956 Dreft ad, which is a DRAWING of a mother and her cloth-diapered baby from 1956.

I hope this shuts up the stupid critics, and gets them off Madison's back. If someone finds this 1956 DRAWING offensive, and not sutible for this site, they should get a life.

Hopefully, the rest of you enjoy this Avatar as much as I do, although my old Avatar was much better.

Phew! Somebody needs a changing.

Marty, although it wasn't me that told on you, I do think it's a fair complaint. If someone finds something offends them, it's in their best interests to report it; why have something trivial spoil their enjoyment of a site they otherwise love?

I don't think anyone questioned that it was cute. It was a very cute avatar that suited you well. :) I believe people get nervous of any pictures of actual children on an adult site. You wouldn't want some close minded person to see it and go "ah ha they are really (insert nasty sterotype here) I knew it" I thought it was adorable though and suited you well. I love the new one also though. :D

Now for the voice of the law...hee

I thought it was cute too. However, I think Scarlet is right about the stereotype. We spend so much time in this fetish explaining how we are not in any way interested in actual babies.

And this industry has some pretty strict laws surrounding it. We would hate for Maddy to come under any fire. So thanks for changing the pic. The new one if super cute.

i wonders if the same lil guy would fuss about a picture depicting Mommy breast feeding... why are people so uncomfortable with things that are natural in nurturing and caring for someone? Don't let others personal issues get you down marty!

Thanks Scarlet and Star for your kind words of support for my Avatar. (Both old and new. )

And katie..... it's so nice to see you on the fourms. :D

And you make a great point too!

If you were to show a movie in a theater that had a loving mother breastfeeding her baby, especially with close up shots of the baby suckling the nipple, with the mother smiling a warm, motherly smile, people would freek out.

You would have boycotts.... pickets.... angry letters.... preachers demanding that the studio heads be fired.... ect., ect.

But "Jonny Rambo" stabing, buring, slashing, shooting, bombing, and killings tons of people doesn't even stir one protest.

A few years ago, on the TV show, Star Trek: Deep Space 9, they showed, for the first time on television, two women having a deep sensual, passionite, tender kiss together. Rick Bearman talked about how they were flooded with hate mail after that, with one guy saying that his 10 year old daughter saw that, and he was angry about it. So rick wrote the guy back and said, "Are you OK with your daughter watching a guy get blasted with a Phasor wepon on Star Trek?"

The guy never responed back. :?

Great point katie! :D

And in comes the unpopular view. lol. We all love phone a mommy, it's a great place, the people here are outstanding. And it's our own little community. But, with that said, it's also a phone sex site, and we must adhere to the rules laid down by those who regulate sites such as ours. Under those rules, no images of children (under the age of eighteen) are allowed to be placed on that site. It's against the law, and that's just the way it is. We here didn't make that up, and since this is an ABDL site, I can understand why they are popular to use. I myself at one point had an avatar on my Yahoo messenger of a cute little girl in pig tails that said, I gotta pee, but guess what? I had to take it down, why? Because I'm a phone sex operator and I send some of the people whom I speak to this site.

Might not like it, but it's the law and until it's changed, we must do what they require of us.

On the contrary, I thought that was a very fair-minded view Stacie.

Yes Stacie is right. We just have to do what the laws say. I am glad everyone understands.
