Andy Gets His Diaper Changed In Public! (part 1)

Brenda had been seeing the posters around town about one of the local festivals starting soon, and decided that it was past time for her to get out of the house, get some fresh air, and she wanted to take her abdl Andy there as well. They kept walking, though, and soon, Andy got distracted by the different displays and exhibits around them.
